Description |
A stunning old wooden Chinese bed screen finished in a rich deep red mahogany colour. The open work carving brushed with antique gold depicts ancient Chinese ladies and gentlemen. This screen also has crushed mother of pearl within the carvings. Uncarved open panelled areas on this screen would look very striking backed in a rich coloured Chinese silk. This screen would make a striking contemporary emperor bed. |
