Description |
A most unusual old Chinese
canopy wedding bed created in hardwood and delicately inlaid with
ivory. The sides of this bed are open and the front of the bed is
crowned with three old hand painted panels. A most attractive and
delicate piece finished in a lovely golden brown wood colour. A
custom made mattress can be made to fit this bed if required. Cushions
and counterpanes may also be ordered in Chinese silk brocade to
compliment the bed. Very interesting for use as a bed but also very
unusual as a reclining sofa in a living room setting if desired. |
